Broken Stirrup Ranch has been working for fifteen years to develop an elite breeding program. All broadmares have great pedigrees with the lines of Doc's Hickory, Doc Bar, Brinks Leo Hickory, Doc O'Lena, Zorro Rojo, Peppy San Badger and Mr. Gun Smoke. Our horses are registered with AQHA. The foals are proving to be great at calf roping, team roping, cutting, team penning, working ranch cow horses or just pleasure horses. Our horses are easy to start with awesome minds. We are located above the Diamond Valley on the west slopes of the Steens Mountains. Our horses know what rough terrain is.
